KINGS DOMINION’S ANNUAL BBQ & BREW FEST RETURNS THIS WEEKEND!

Sample savory BBQ dishes and delicious craft beers each day August 4-19

Doswell, VA (August 1, 2018) – Kings Dominion’s Executive Chef and culinary team are firing up the smoker for the fourth annual BBQ & Brew Fest featuring more dates, more mouthwatering BBQ and more local craft beer. This year’s menu includes dishes inspired by the BBQ styles from Hawaii, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and more. Guests 21 and older can quench their thirst with a variety of craft beers from the area’s best local breweries.

Kings Dominion’s Executive Chef Tiffanie Blackmon has created dishes that feature classic southern recipes and guest favorites with unique twists including her signature dry rub ribs and moonshine pulled pork egg rolls. Select dining locations in the Candy Apple Grove section of the park will also feature exclusive limited-time menu items such as Memphis Mac and Cheese at the Mac Bowl and Smoked Wings and Apple Butter BBQ Sauce at The Pit. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, BBQ & Brew Fest will feature a local brewery of the day:

• August 17: Boston Beer

• August 18: Ballast Point

• August 19: Stone

All guests can enjoy live music and entertainment from local bands and family-friendly outdoor games each day of the event.

BBQ & Brew Fest runs each day August 4 through 19 from noon to 8 p.m. BBQ & Brew Fest entertainment is included with park admission.
